In 2015, the median salary for a project director in Australia was AU$200,000 per year – in the USA, it was US$135,000.

Interestingly, having even a basic certification or qualification in project management added around 20% to the value of of an individual’s salary.

The best country to work as a project manager is the United Kingdom (Australia is ranked #2, and the UAE is #3), while the worst is Egypt. If you want to know what a project manager usually earns in your country, just ask us!

The CPD certification currently costs AU$1,750 to complete.

You can either pay online when you complete the enrolment form, or request an invoice (if, for example, you would like your employer to pay on your behalf).

CPD candidates are given detailed feedback at every stage of the certification process, as well as the reasonable opportunity to resubmit work to the requisite standard.

If an assessor feels that you are not likely to achieve that standard through resubmission, they will recommend ways in which you can further your academic and professional development, and defer your enrolment until such time as you are ready to continue.

There is no additional fee or financial penalty for this deferment.
